Viper up and down today
Viper has now been down over an hour straight. It was down for 20 minutes at around 7am CST. Tech support chat said about 30 minutes ago it would be back up in 20 minutes but it still isnt. does anyone have a realistic ETA for this issue to be solved?

It was rebooted upon the reboot did a fsck on it's own. one of the drives is failing in the array which most likely caused the reboot to be required to begin with. We will most likely be taking the box down this weekend to replace the failing drive.
