Default Viewers Post on Site

I am new to making websites, I just wanted to know how can i allow viewers to post text, pictures, and videos to site. thanks

there is not one way to do that - there are at least a billion and two. since you are new to making sites, i'd be looking at content management systems that have this functionality built in as you wouldn't have the skills to code them yourself and/or try to find and configure scripts to do this...

what kind of site is it? are you going to be blogging? have a forum? etc.? it's easier to make suggestions with a general idea of the purpose of the site.

I'm making a site where people can upload pictures/videos or whatever and then vote on the eachothers uploads. I already have part of the website made and I have the header done. I wanted to have the same header throughout. I tried wordpress and it seemed difficult to make it match my site. I tried coppermine, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I want the posters to be able to post 1 picture or whatever for each category. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
