Positive VERY PLEASED with customer service!

I've had a few hosts in the past....I have an idea of what type of questions customer service are gonna tell me are their responsibility and which ones they're gonna say are not their job. Today, because I was trying a bunch of new things that I've not tried before, I was asking questions that I'm quite certain many hosts would have told me to go figure out on my own. The CS here at HostGator in the last 24 hours has REALLY impressed me.....not only are they more than willing to provide answers to my questions, but in some cases, as they could tell what it was I was trying to ultimately accomplish, they went right ahead and solved the problem for me on their end!

I've only had my account 24 hours, so it may be a bit early for me to feel like I have a full grasp on what to expect here....but I know that if I'm ever being treated less than professionally, I'm gonna say so....so it makes sense for me to say so when I feel as though I've been treated well, too.

So far, I feel as though I've been treated VERY well. Thanks, guys!!
