I had a reseller account that I used mainly for myself and rented out a couple of spots for 2 yrs. Recently have had several people approach me about renting space so I upgraded to a dedicated server. Hostgator made the transition for me and I did not even have to lift a finger. Their support for my dedicated server has been excellent so far.

I also rent from The Planet's Insomnia365 line and currently have 2 gaming servers from The Planet. I can honestly say that I get the same service with Hostgator that I get from The Planet and most times better. Currently I have a support ticket 4 days old with The Planet and it has not been updated in 2 days so the grass is not always greener on the other side.

The 2 yrs I have been with hostgator has been a pleasure and I look for many more years to come.
