Very happy with support on my first request

I recently signed up for a dedicated service due to a recommendation from a script company called ViralInviter. They told me that HostGator was the place to go since their servers were configured properly to run their script. However, I found that some aspects were missing after I installed the script and I put in a support request on this issue. I figured I would be told it was my problem and I had to figure out how to load the cURL and resolve the issue but to my surprise the friendly staff solved the problem for me and even fixed the issues in the script installation that resulted from the lacking library.

Kudos to support! I think I am going to like this.
