I switched to HG from 1&1 because I was fed up with 1&1's customer support, or rather, lack of it. After a bumpy start with HG, the problem was resolved, but I still received very slow load times, even with pages that were just plain text. Now I have been shut off. My site has very low traffic, at most 10-15 people a day and no code changes have been made in over a month; yet I still get this email:

So now my account has been suspended, meaning I can't access my site, my FTP, my CP, and even my email. It is now approaching 5 hours since my account was suspended, and no response from Customer Support yet. I would very much like to be able to access my web space so that I can back it up and start the move to a new host. I've restored your access while I take a look at the cause; your site certainly wasn't receiving low traffic at the time it was suspended (194 open connections and climbing), but it may have been an attack on your site causing the excessive connections.
