Angry Very Frustrated and Unhappy with HG

I switched to HG from 1&1 because I was fed up with 1&1's customer support, or rather, lack of it. After a bumpy start with HG, the problem was resolved, but I still received very slow load times, even with pages that were just plain text. Now I have been shut off. My site has very low traffic, at most 10-15 people a day and no code changes have been made in over a month; yet I still get this email:

The account referenced above was found to be consuming an inordinate amount
of system resources, to the point of degrading overall system performance.


While we do limit each account to no more than 25% of a system's resources in

terms of service, we do not actively disable accounts until they greatly exceed
that number, which is what happened in this case.


It was necessary to disable your account to maintain a minimum level of proper
service for everyone else. From this point, the following options are available:


a) Block heavy users of your site, if any, that may be causing excessive load.
b) Optimize scripts (php, etc) that may be consuming a large amount of cpu or
RAM
c) Upgrade to a dedicated server; your site may have outgrown a shared
environment.


Please let us know if you have a solution you feel would resolve this issue.
Should a solution not be forthcoming, we are happy to assist you with an upgrade
to dedicated services, where your site will have room to grow without affecting
other customers. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

So now my account has been suspended, meaning I can't access my site, my FTP, my CP, and even my email. It is now approaching 5 hours since my account was suspended, and no response from Customer Support yet. I would very much like to be able to access my web space so that I can back it up and start the move to a new host. HG has been a horrible experience for me and I would like to get away before HG causes me a heart attack.

I've restored your access while I take a look at the cause; your site certainly wasn't receiving low traffic at the time it was suspended (194 open connections and climbing), but it may have been an attack on your site causing the excessive connections.
