very strange request.
i think you should inform your customers with these steps before you withdraw money from credits

i dealed with godaddy.com before and my account activated immediatly

finally i cannceled my request and i hope you refund me as soon as possible

Verification like this is standard in this industry, So many fraud signups are made.

You will most likely have to verify your account because:

• Your IP address was far away from your billing address
• ---OR---
• You live in a country that HG get a high amount of fraud signups from.

Yeah the verification deal is infuriating but when its over you have the best bargain hosting company available
