Does anyone from host gator (or anyone at all for that matter) ever check on things from vBSkins.com? I've been looking at having some custom work done for a vbulletin site, and when I saw that vbskins was owned by HG I thought, cool I've been a HG customer for a few years now and never had them treat me wrong, so they might be good ones to contact.
Guess I was wrong. I've sent several emails trying to contact someone about having some custom work done, but they all just disappear into the ether apparently.
Oh well... three strikes and you're out... I guess I'll find someone else to do the work that actually answers emails.
