Vbplaza, Ioncube, Large int. system

I want to install vbplaza on my forum, it requires Ioncube ( which i just checked with someone in the chat and they said the servers have it), and it also requires "a large integer system in the PHP (BC Math, big_int or GMP)"

not sure wat that last part means...if anyone can help me out and knows if the HG servers have that installed in the PHP i'd appreciate it.
