Hi,
I've tried to upgrade my freeforums site to here but got this email back from hostgator. Quote:
I buy through the internet often and have never been requested to do this before, so, is there any way for me to get this upgrade done without revealing so much personal information? Cheers. |

Why not? HG is open 24 hours a day, so just call when you are ready.
If it's a cost issue, use Skype to call their toll free number. It's free. There is much fraud in hosting, so HG has to be sure you are who you say. That's why they take precautions.
