Cool Vanishing Folders

I just started my account and was trying to move my site into the public_html folder. I'm moving over from dreamhost and they don't have cpanel so I downloaded my files and am trying to upload them using smartftp. The site I'm moving is pretty simple and has just 3 folders in it, but for some reason it is only taking folder1. I've tried a number of times to upload the 2nd and 3rd folders but they just disapear.

Actually, if you are reselling, the initial size of the reseller part would be very tiny to start with, but yes, I'm sure 1 meg is sowewhat limiting!
