Why are you guys keep suspending my sites and why your phone support and online chat support cannot do anything other than say that I need to e-mal support?
This morning I submitted a support ticket (GHV-2746696). I got an email saying that it was a duplicate of QBS-2734568, which it is not. But in any case, right after I got that email, my site was suspended. Why? I spoke with the online chat support and with the phone support and all they could say is that I need to emal support. This is my business and the suspension is costing me a lot of money. Why the site was suspended this morning? |

In ticket QBS it only states you had ftp and cpanel access and no records of a full site enabling. We assumed you were still down and the GHV ticket you sent was a duplicate asking why the account is down. Either way I have enabled your account in its entirety and will be replying to ticket number QBS. We apologize for the confusion.

Well, I am sorry, but it is a complete mess, guys. The site is down again. I have updated the ticket with the latest info.
