Hello. I've been thinking about this for quite some time and am not sure how popular it will be but I thought I'd suggest it anyway.
A lot of the questions which newbies and intermediates ask on these forums are 'tutorial' or 'how to' questions rather than 'problem' questions. And they are questions which would be of use to everyone at some point. Examples include handling .htaccess, WHM, Shell access, Spam Handling, RoR configuration, etc. Now I'm just trying to be brutally blunt here but I'm sure the last thing support want to do when managing servers and trying to fix user problems is act in the role of teacher (although they do it very well and I thank them for it), and therefore I thought it might be useful to have an area in the main FAQ part of the website where users could upload their own articles answering some of these common 'tutorial' questions. Someone from support could look at them from time to time just to maintain quality and add some sort of moderation. It would save support's time, and also make it easier to find the information, as sometimes searching for a keyword via the forums can bring up a lot of posts and it can take time to find the answer to the question.
