user changing password with horde (and forward and vacation)

I wanted to know if it's possible to use sork (http://www.horde.org/sork/) for HORDE with hostgator reseller hosting. Sork are a series of horde plugni that let user change password of theri accounts, set a forwarder and a vacation message.

What is interesting is that the single user can do this indipendenlty fomr the administrator.

It needs the following things:

poppassd daemon, and/or ftp access to users mail/home directory (to set up .forward and vacation files).

That would be a very good thing to have...
