Useless Support
Good Day
I have been with HostGator for over a year. I don't know: GatorDHanna. GatorBrent, GatorCarl ,GatorChris or any of the other Gatorteches. I have never used the live chat. I have never had 1 minuet of down time other then the normal upgrades. I have installed / uninstalled countless programs with mysql DB: Wordpress, shopping carts, Links Lists, Forums ect Never had an issue with Cpanel Never had an issue with E-mail setup. Never had an issue with adding or deleting a domain. Never had an issue with a MySql setup. I have never had to call support! Over the last 10 years I have had a lot of hosting and most of the time support was on my speed dial. so a BIG  to HostGatorRuSu PS I bet you thought this was going to be one of them BAD ones.
