Absolute boneheads
I get on with their live support, and they must be eating sandwiches or picking their ass as they dont respond. I finally get one and he was totally USELESS waste of space He just said, I dont know what your on about. When i try to explain again, he doesnt respond at all.. for over 5 mins i gave up Like the support from this company is a JOKE! |

We were able to locate and review the chat you had. First of all, I'd like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations. The chat was completely unacceptable and we will be discussing the chat with the employee in question. A vast, vast majority of our chats are far more productive and useful than that. What you encountered is certainly an exception and I apologize for that. Chat should indeed be helpful and if you or any other customer leaves a chat feeling you wasted your time, then we did not accomplish what we think live chat support should accomplish.
