Useless support

Absolute boneheads

I get on with their live support, and they must be eating sandwiches or picking their ass as they dont respond. I finally get one and he was totally USELESS waste of space

He just said,

I dont know what your on about.

When i try to explain again, he doesnt respond at all.. for over 5 mins i gave up

Like the support from this company is a JOKE!

First of all, I'd like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations. The chat was completely unacceptable and we will be discussing the chat with the employee in question.

A vast, vast majority of our chats are far more productive and useful than that. What you encountered is certainly an exception and I apologize for that. Chat should indeed be helpful and if you or any other customer leaves a chat feeling you wasted your time, then we did not accomplish what we think live chat support should accomplish.
