I guess you decided to shut down our sites before we had the time to transfer everything out as all our sites are DOWN AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The server your site was on has been having problems (see this thread), which has caused a few subsequent issues. From checking out your support ticket, it looks like your site wasn't actually down, but because of inode usage, backups weren't made and it wasn't displaying an actual site because nothing was in the public_html folder. However, it does look like we were able to get a somewhat older version of your files back from the server your account used to be on, which is definitely good.

Your current ticket is assigned to one of our senior administrators and I see a couple of supervisors have worked on it over the past couple of days. If you need anything else, reply to that ticket and it'll be handled promptly by one of those people.
