I've been recommended several times to take a look at your offerings as I am looking to switch hosts. My reason is not so much the service as the billing: the company I currently host with is based in Canada. While this has not been a problem in the past, recently new international service fees have been added by Visa and other major credit card companies for out of the country charges.
It Host Gator a US based company, and do you route your billing through a US CC provider? |

Host Gator is a US based company. You should send an e-mail to sales @ hostgator.com to get an answer to how the billing is handled.

We're in Houston, TX and our credit card processing is done through Authorize.net.
