I've read that some of the servers have Urchin 5.0 installed on them? I noticed that in the official write-up of the dedicated servers, but not the reseller boxes.

Is Urchin on the reseller servers as well? That would be a huge plus.

They took Urchin away and replaced with AWSTATS.

At this time, Urchin is not available with the reseller packages. For statistical reporting, the reseller servers come Analog, Webalizer and AwStats.

It's not just the resellers accounts either. I have both type of services with HostGator and urchin was removed.

I've got a reseller package; in the stats I can see awstats, webalizer and urchin. This explains why I can't get anything but empty graphs out of Urchin.

However, I can't see Analog stats.

So . . .

How do I get rid of Urchin from my stats page and make it show Analog?

I tried setting up a special features list in whm, but didn't see Urchin or Analog in there

FWIW (For what it's worth), it appears that GOOGLE acquired URCHIN a while back.

Google is offering a free analytics program called "Google Analytics". Right now it's closed due to overwhelming numbers signing up for it. You can put your name on a waiting list for an invitation though. I have 2 accounts (one for my sites, one for my job) and the types of stats are amazing.

It's an interesting program, allowing you to set up conversion paths etc.
