UpTime Reporting
I have had a few issues recently which have been classed as outages. I would like to see a realtime reporting tool for the measurement of the uptime on reseller servers. I note that the TOS doesnt allow for external tools to measure uptime, so I think it would be good to have an internal process that is visble for all of your customers.
