Uptime for hatchling

Just looking at the uptime...since I won't come close to the limits...how much difference is there in hatchling vs baby. I know the uptime percent is .4% lower for hatchling, but has anyone had experience with hatchling uptime? How often are you really down, and how is mysql response?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime, if it reaches below that you get the month for free.

For hatchling, it says 99.4% uptime. Is that incorrect and it is really 99.9%?

Any current customers on this package and would like to comment on uptime or response (mysql or http)?

The hatchling plan shares the same servers as the Baby and swamp plan, we just do not offer the money back guarantee unless the downtime is more than 0.5% of the month on the Hatchling plan.
