How do I upload the flash part of my template? The template I am using is:

You can upload any file(s) you need using a FTP program like Filezilla.

It doesn't look like your forum account has been activated yet. You can email wesley at hostgator dot com and include your domain so that he can activate your account.
As for the template, you would just need to edit the template using Flash and upload the files to the public_html folder of your account. You can use any FTP program. I use CoreFTP from coreftp.com and it is free. You could also use the File Manager in your cPanel to upload the files. Just be sure they are in the public_html folder. |

i used this tool convert QuickTime to swf and upload it on my web,
why not try Flash Video MX Pro,it can converts AVI to SWF/FLV, DVD to SWF/FLV, MOV to SWF/FLV, WMV to SWF/FLV, MP4 to SWF/FLV, 3GP to SWF/FLV, MPEG to SWF/FLV, etc. if need u can google it ,hope it can help u.
