Hello naushad,
yes many of us have successfully upgraded to 4.0.2.

The upgrade is seamless and very easy (point & click).
Just follow the upgrade instructions and it will go fine.
As far as look and feel goes for v4.0.2 check out the demo at http://whmcs.com

If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask,
there are plenty of helpful & knowledgeable people here who love to help.

Hello again naushad,
if you wish you can download a full database backup from within the WHMCS admin panel.
I suggest backing up your data this way.
Also with v4 you can set up a daily/weekly cron that will auto backup for you.

WHMCS -
1.) Log into the admin panel and from the tabs click "Utilities".
2.) Click "Database Status".
3.) Here you will see a full list of the tables that make up your database.
At the bottom click "Download Database Backup".

phpMYAdmin -
1.) Log into the cpanel.
2.) Click the "phpMYAdmin" icon..
3.) From the database list on the left choose the database that your WHMCS is installed on.
4.) You will see a list of tables on the left. From the tabs at the top choose "Export".
5.) In the Export box choose "Select All" and click "SQL".
6.) From the Options box under "SQL Compatibility Mode" choose MySQL4.
7.) From the "Save File As" box at the bottom choose either "none" or "Zipped" and download your database.

If you have any problems let us know.
