Default Upgrading from baby plan to get JSP?

I'd like to start out with the 'baby' plan and then eventually upgrade to get JSP/Servlet hosting. Is this possible without having to move my site to a new server?
Also, the JSP plan says 'each account gets one dedicated servlet' - I'm assuming this means one dedicated default JSP handling servlet. Can I install my own WAR packages (with more servlets etc.)?

Thanks,
