Upgrade from Swamp to Dedicated Server

Okay I've been using Host Gator for over a year now and well things have been great. The problem is at the moment I'm running two swamp accounts and well I think it's growing newar for me to move to Dedicated. I have thought about the Semi Dedicated hosting but it just doesn't have what I need brandwidth wise as its in fact lower then what I have now, plus its still share hosting even if its far less people on a server.

I've been looking around the last few days for something and while I think if I upgrade to dedicated here it be the easiest being that I've been a customer for over a year and its just right here. The problem is I don't think the basic dedicated plan is for me, plus its out of my price range as I don't think I can pay 175 a month when lot of what I'm paying for will go unused.

So my question is, do you offer custom plans? Where services and features you don't need can be removed and you pay less. For example, I have no use for a Site Builder, Fantastico, Ruby On Rails, Perl, Python, FrontPage, Soholaunch, all the Instant software, all the E-Commerce Features as I don't sell anything on my site. If I do I use paypal.

I don't think that would really take it down anything at price wise, but lot that stuff thats also on my share accounts now I don't use. If you don't offer or can't offer custom plans as such for lower prices ( in fact I would only need 20GB of space, 80GB would be a waste for me) I totally understand. I figure it wouldn't hurt me any to ask.

All those things are not installed on the dedicated box, they are just installable.

I know, if you feel like taking the plunge, ThePlanet offers dedicated for around $70/month. They are puny little boxes but they are always an option.
