upgrade question

ok i have a shared server with hostgator on the "hatchling plan" and i want to upgrade to the "baby" plan. Now i am wondering,are you going to transfer everything from my current server to the new one? I won't lose any data will I? So when i load up the new server,my website will still be there and running? I won't have to install my website again will I? And will you give me the new nameservers i need to point my domain name to it?

And how do I pay for the upgrade using a credit card? Will it prompt me for payment during the upgrade form?

and will my cpanel username and password and mysql password be the same when u upgrade me from hatchling server to baby?
