Updating Resellers Accounts

I see the new disk space at all the resellers hosting packages. When do you update our accounts?

Cesar, the new packages are for new customers only. However, we are trying to work out a plan to accomodate those customers that wish to enjoy the new offerings as well. See this thread for more info:

I really do hope you'll found some soultion as this just doesn't seems fair...I have a reseller account from 10/2003 and in 11/2003 just 2 days after I signed up you doubled the space for the new resellers which made me angry but that was your bussiness decision and I accept it...but now when I see that you offer to the new resellers 5 times more space that I have for the same price it just doesn't seem right....just my opinion...

What Justin says is very dissapointing and very unjust. I will analyze other hosting possibilities.

Anything new on this? I posted on the referenced forum about a $20 scenario...not sure how you guys felt about that!?

Brent has been tied up tracing that attack most of the day, but I will see if I can get him to stop in and offer an update.
