I am on a fully dedicated plan and canceled a semi-dedicated plan back in August. Atleast I thought I did. I was charged $75 both in September and October for a semi dedicated plan that wasn't even in use. Turns out I missed the reply to my cancelation request in which I needed to give the last 4 digits of my credit card before cancelation would take place. Which makes me wonder, why even bother asking this?

Why not ask for the last 4 digits with the cancelation order in the first place?

Congrats Host Gator, as far as Im concerned you pulled a fast one and scored another $150 off of me. As if the $219 I pay for my dedicated package isnt enough.

Brent and Wesley, I was unaware I had given the wrong password. I apologize for jumping the gun so to speak with thinking that once again a hosting company had pulled one over on me. Unfortunately when you have been screwed with as much as I have its always the first thought that comes to mind. Case in point, my former hosting company can't get it through their thick skulls that I canceled my account with them back in July. Every month around this time they still draft my account. My bank will charge me $32 to put a stop payment on it and it looks like Im gonna have to do it.
