It's up to you really. Any SIP compatible device can be used. The ones we officially have tested and support are Linksys PAP2T, Linksys RT31P2, and Grandstream HT502. We recommend sticking to this since they are tested and work well. All devices are different and some may not work 100% with our network. Once you setup an account, it will show SIP credentials in the reseller plan. You login to the device (similar to logging into your router, you just access its IP in the browser) and put in these SIP credentials and it's good to go. There 1) Buy devices from a vendor. We recommend VoIPSupply.com or VoIPDW.com. 2) Buy from VOIPo preconfigured for an account for $40 and can ship to you or white label ship to your customer (no VOIPo mention). 3) Use free software on the computer instead of a phone adapter. We recommend X-Lite which is free here: http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite.html It all depends on how you want to handle things. You could get it or have the customer get it.
