Boy, that last message from Joshua M. is reassuring...


The server is up and down all day. Exim & http keep crashing, and no one seems to know why.

Sounds kinda bad, are you sure he had your main domain/server name/server ip?

Also, ticket support is better for most things.

There is a general consensus that Live Chat is only suitable for very simple problems.

Too bad they don't warn you of that beforehand.
