I have a client who has a client that recently got their emails blacklisted. Long story short, this other client got everything fixed and is trying to send an email to my client here at hostgator, but now hostgator may be blocking their emails. Not sure if this made any sense but in otherwords...
Some other domain place got blacklisted, got fixed, but although there fixed up, now hostgator isnt getting the emails. Is this something I should contact hostgator to see if they can unblock their domain name or is this something still on the others end? thanks! |

Hello,
It depends on the reason for the block. Either way, I would send an e-mail to support@hostgator.com with bounce backs with full headers of an attempt to send to our service so we can narrow it down.
