I heard a lot of people complaining about their problems with Hostgator when HG never read their problems, but this is not my case.
In the last 3 days and especially today before 1 or 2 hours from writing this thread, I flood the support with hundreds of questions, because i just buy a reseller account, and i am totally new not with reseller but with this type of control panel. I can say that this is the fastest support i have ever seen in my entire life. "Unbelievable Support" It is faster than my bank support ![]() I am not talking about live chat (although i use them), but i am talking about the email support (ticket system), I feel like they spend their days and nights just in front of PC helping us. One support employee sleep, other are wakeup to help and vise versa. http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/1...9128333ht8.jpg Hope one day will have my hosting company like HG. I am an old customer for Godaddy from 2006. Godaddy in simple words are the worst hosting provider, although i have NO problem with them, but their shared account are very limited, the control panel is also limited, If i need to get any additional options i have to pay for it. But to give them what they deserve, they are the best in manging Domains. No one can ignore them, they register more than 23 million domains while enom register 8 million -I didn't count the reseller domains for both companies-. anyway, from what i have seen today, I would like to tell you my decision now for hosting: BYE BYE GODADDY. WELCOME HOSTGATOR I think Hostgator catch me like the rat in the trap. when I buy the reseller account, HostGator has blocked my account in order to verify my account. They asked my to re-fund the 20.06 again. and the first 20 USD payment will go back to your Credit card.
As like what other hosting company did to me, these companies never give me back my money. I said no problem, even if i loose additional 20 USD, I want to host my customers quickly. I re-pay the 20 USD and after verification they reactivated my account back. It is normal now. Yesterday, i opened my email and OH MY GOD I got my money back. here is part of the bank email that I got yesterday, Quote:
