I'm still pretty new hosting with HostGator. I'll do my best to post my progresss now and will add another review in a few months or so. I transfered three of my domains from my old host. The transfer went pretty good. There where a few small issue but after a ticket or two everything was fixed. Since my one site (www.247xtreme.com) I transfered had a LOT of mySQL issues and numerious pingponging tickets Brent stepped in. We talked on the phone about some options to better suit my needs. It was decided to transfer 247xtreme.com to a Semi Dedicated plan. This transfer took place over the weekened. Everythign went smooth on the transfer besides the mySQL server was a diffrent version so none of my site worked. After a few tickets Brent stepepd in once again . As I'm typing this the box is being upgraded and fixed. Once this is done im sure everything will work out good. Overall I have to say Brent was the BEST is helping me and I would recommened his services to my friends due to his dedication in helping the customer when his support techs can not.
