Two sites

hello,

On one of the advertising banners i found on the internet for hostgator
it said that if i pay at least 10$/month(baby plan and above)
i can host two sites , or more than one website on the same plan

i opened a ticket and the support email confirmed this too

how is this possible?
can any one teach me how to do it?

it is the Addon domain options in cPanel. You control all domain in the same cPanel Interface. Just need to add an addon domain. Take a look at this link

If you have the Hatchling Plan it will not work. You can only have one domain on this plan. You would need Baby or Swamp plans to add the addon domain.
