I'm very glad to see all the plus signs here, and I'm reminded of how easy it is to speak up only when things are going badly.
It's been almost 2 years since my
last review. I would love to carry on about how great support has been, but the truth is I have very rarely needed any. My hostgator resller account purrs like a kitten all the time. And yes, tech support is always outstanding.
The hosting business is getting ridiculously competetive and I look forward to Hostgator coming up with new ways for us resellers to compete in the future. But I have absolutely no complaints.
