Two accounts on HG and very satisfied

The sign-up process was a bit clumsy but the tech support here is very quick, not condescending in any way, but understanding, knowledgeable and, did I say quick? I have gotten turn-around replies in less than 5 minutes.

I migrated here from Lunarpages, and this is like a whole new universe (no pun intended) (but not a bad one when you think about it)

I think Hostgator could make the sign-up procedure a little more smooth, like easing the restrictions on charectors in the username and password.
The actual hosting service (FTP has good upstream speeds, better CPanel, excellent page load times) all has been top notch so far and the support is really amazing.
