Im trying to refrain from pulling out my hair using this new live chat software. I have seen this software before and hated it when I saw it and loved the fact that HG didnt use it.
I dont know if people with faster connections dont feel it but I do (128Kbps & 64Kbps). With the old software when I clicked "send" it would appear on my screen immediately and the support on the other side would get it.
With this one, I have to click "send" wait a (long) while until it appears on my screen and only when it appears on the screen can I post my second line.
What has happened is that I type two lines consecutively (not even that short interval) and then the 1st line didnt get posted and only the second line got posted.

eg:
"Hi - I need help doing this and this" [enter]
[5 second delay while typing second line]
"The details of the problem is this, this and this" [enter]

[What appears on screen]
The details of the problem is this, this and this

Anyone else get this?
