Transferring from another host :)

Hello

I just signed up for a hosting package, and am just waiting for the full access to these forums, so I thought I'd post here first...

On the home page it says that if you're transferring from another host, HostGator will transfer all your files, etc, free of charge... but I can't find where to go for that?? That was one of my main reasons for switching here because the thought of re-uploading my whole site absolutely kills me

Can someone point me in the right direction, or is that something that gets done through Support?
