I transferred 17 websites by 10 hours, BUT supporter couldnt transfer JUST 1 website?

I dont know why? when I bought VPS, they said we transferred all your Domain contents by 72 hours.. after 60 hours they said, we cannot access to old website

I sent email with all information about the website (again).. it is more than 80 hours, they couldnt transfer ONE website.. today I tried and I transferred with 32KB internet speed 17 websites..
I want to ask support, this is a free transferred Data?
