Will Hostgator transfer my files from my old dedicated?

Yes. The following is a direct quote from the dedicated server transfer form.

Quote:

We will move UNLIMTED sites to your Dedicated Server, free of charge (within 30 days of signup). The majority of transfers are completed in less than 24 hours, however, due to the nature of some transfers and depending on how many are currently in the queue, it could take up to 72 hours or more before everything is completed.

My last transfer took almost 3 days, unfortunately. These things happen I guess.
