Default Transfer Domain & Contents

Hi!

I have purchased a babyplan.

I wish to transfer & domain & all contents in the existing hosting to HG.
But the existing hosting in Plesk control panel. Is it possible transfer existing files to CPanel?

What about the database?
Will you also assist to transfer the database as well?

This is primarily a peer support forum. You should discuss these matters with HG directly - contact the support folks, who I'm sure can help you out.

It's a better idea to use the format in red for email addresses.

And if the OP asks the question in his/her email, no need to include the link--while some threads include responses that sales might need to know, this one doesn't.

Plesk to cpanel isn't automatic. You will have to manually download your webfiles, then ftp to your HG account. Also, export your mysql databases then create them on your HG account, and import the data. Not difficult, just takes a bit of time.

The reason I said that is so you dont have to re-explain the situation.

A copy paste of problem is not hard

To answer the question, I guess HG offer only cPanel to cPanel automatic transfers only. Moving files via ftp is not hard, but setting up database and editing configiration values in PHP takes some tech skills. You can get a freelancer to do this, if you don't understand any PHP.

Actually we will do manual transfers where we have to transfer files, import databases and edit configuration files as needed. Here is a link that outlines our free transfer policy.
