I must say the support is really the worst I have experienced with any other company. You have mail so many times then also the problem doesn't gets solved and when it comes to the public forums it gets solved instantly.
Why would I purchase an Elite Dedicated Server (and pay over $200) when I can't even run 10-15 sites out of which only 2-3 sites rcv good traffic. I really getting frustrated with the support and their silly answers. ![]()

I can understand your frustration, but I have reviewed your most recent ticket and it appears your server is receiving a large amount of inbound traffic, indicative of a flood attack. We did place your server behind a very aggressive firewall, though due to the amount of traffic the server is still operating slowly. Once the flood subsides we should be able to remove this more aggressive firewall and things will begin to operate more smoothly.
If you have any concerns feel free to let me know and I will do my best to address them further.

Thanks for the reply. Problem got solved but really this becomes frustrating when after mailing so many times then also you don't get your solution. Like for the previous "500 internal error" also I had to mail so many times and every time I got the same reply "We cannot replicate the issue. Site is loading fine." then when one of the admins read my post in the forum then my problem got solved. Also every time different admins reply with different answers. This really becomes confusing and frustrating. Just as a suggestion I think you should focus on the support a little more. I have seen many people posting here about the support problems, its not just with me. It would also be nice if you could create account managers for atleast Dedicated servers clients. So there should not be any confusions and problems would get solved easily (Just suggestion ).Anyways Problem has been solved for now and I am thankful to the support team.

We are actively working on implementing a better monitoring solution for our dedicated server clients so hopefully your experience with us will improve.
I am glad we were able to get things resolved for you though we do apologize for the delay in doing so.
