total newbie questions

First off, i do not know anything about building or running a web site aside from a couple of free sites i used to get my feet wet so for the most part i know nothing.
i am looking to open my own real classified web site that would serve my state and allow me to run adds to premote my own business, most of the site would be a free classified site except for dealer auto sales and mabey appartment/housing adds. the state population is under 4 million so i only expect at most a few hunderd visitors a day at the end of my first year.

Ok, now for my questions.
can i hire HG to help me setup and maintain my site to keep it safe for my visitors and running smooth (not excede cpu usage and other things i do not understand. i have real concerns for having a safe site.

Does HG have a classified script i can use or buy?

i assume i only need a shared account until my account grows, if after 1 or two year will/can HG advise me on the best way to upgrade and move everything?

any advice would be great. thanks in advance.

In that auto installed that you'll have access too from cPanel there is some software you could use.
