Default TOS violated...

I went through the TOS and I have some questions. Have can I as a reseller assure that my customers will not break the TOS. What happens if they did? What should I do? Does HG give some warning and give me time to act? If one of my customers violates the TOS, will HG suspend my reseller account or just the one of the customer who has violated TOS?

In the past, if a reseller has an account that is in TOS violation, they suspend that account, not the reseller account. It does depend on what the violation was though. It would be possible for the violation to be bad enough that the whole reseller account gets suspended, which has happened as well.

Basically, HG will eliminate the TOS violation, but you should be aware of what is allowed and what isn't and your customers should be aware of the TOS limitations.

You should have your own TOS posted (can be copied from HG's). If you see a customer violating them then suspend them yourself and have it fixed. It's easier dealing between you and your customer, but HG will jump in if it comes to their attention as Serra says.

I will have TOS on my page similar like HG`s TOS. Does HG warn me before he takes action or he just suspend account?

Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.

Where can I see have many percentage of system resources are in use. Can I regulate how many percentage can be used. Or that it will automatically make a break when it would take 89 seconds...

Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.

Isn`t this normal that spiders go through your page every now and then? I know that you can block them by uploading robots.txt file in public_html.

Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.

What this means?

I would suspend their accounts by myself but where will I see if they are doing anything wrong or illegal.

No, they'll suspend the account then send you an email to notify you.

That's the hiccup, you can't on a shared server.

Yes, that's fine. But you can't run one yourself on the server.

If you don't know, you probably won't be running any crons. Search wikipedia.

Sometimes you can look on their site and see, ie if they're hosting kiddie porn
