TOS?

Hello,

Just recently signed up for the aluminum reseller plan and so far things are looking really good. I've got a couple questions. First, I was wondering if I could get permission to copy and use hostgators TOS as my own. And second, when I was searching this forum for "TOS" to see if my question was already answered I found a post that hostgator indicated the TOS needed to be updated as they do now allow chat rooms. If I can use the TOS, is there someone who could tell me which rules don't apply anymore? Thanks in advance. Peace.

Just in case anybody else wants to know I got my answer by emailing hostgator support... Yes you can use the TOS and the only changes in the TOS is that Chat rooms are ok and adult sites are ok. Peace.
