Default Torrent files

Am I ok to upload a few torrent files and share them with other users on my forum?

Is this allowed?

Posted in here as I wasnt sure where else. Look forward to hearing from you!

According to TOS :

I understand that part, but thats not what I want to do. I simply want to host the 1kb files (only a few) for people to download. The Bittorrent trackers etc is nothing to do with what I want.

Short answer - no.

If you wish to offer files for download by others, then simply upload them to your server and offer the link.
