Default Too good to be true?

Like everything in life, if a deal seems to good to be true then it probably is.

I recently singed up with another hosting company that has a deal that seemed too good to be true and it, obviously, is.
I signed up for 2 years in advance but then got told lies, no email since day 1 and support seem to only consist of "we've got your message and will respond soon".

Therefore I am looking, once again, to move.

What I need:
Good amount of disc space (Gigs)
Good monthly bandwidth (Gigs)
Unlimited domains (minimum 10)
Unlimited MySql databases (minimum 20)
Fantastico preferably with Nucleus

As well as support that actually recognises that you are a customer.

It seems to me like HG covers this but does this sound like Hostgator to you?

Something for nothing maybe?

If you need gigs of bandwidth and space, you will need to pay for them. If you want to get something for nothing, try another hosting company with wild claims about what they give you.

The simple fact is if you really plan to use a large amount of space and a large amount of bandwith, you can either pay for it, or keep moving from hosting company to hosting company.

not really the answer I was looking for.

A simple yes or no would suffice.

Hostgator has certain plans, take a good look at them and decide for yourself whether they would be sufficient for your needs.

OK. Maybe my question was to taxing for you lot.

In plain english ...

I was with another host, who offered a similar deal BUT support was non existent plus there was no mail/ bad network problems every day.

My question, therefore, is:
Do HG treat customers as customers or, like the other hosters, like cash machines?

I would say about 95% they treat customers as customers.
