titan disk maintenance
Titan is currently experiencing an issue with a drive at port 1. We're having our datacenter replace this now to rebuild the array. We appreciate your patience as this is offline temporarily.

The drive swap is complete at this time but now we are being forced to run a filesystem check on the /home partition. I am performing this now. Currently there is no ETA however we do anticipate this will be complete far before the start of business tomorrow. I will update this thread as I progress.

The drive has been replaced but the rebuild has been paused until later today due to the heavy IO on this server. We are watching this closely but without write back caching the server is not performing at optimal normal speeds. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Titan is rebuilding and operating optimally now. Our DC had put the machine in the wrong kernel which was causing issues. No more issues should be seen on this server. Thank you.
