Hi,
I'm on the Titan Server and all of my accounts are down. It was up briefly this morning, but went down again. We're not receiving emails and neither are our clients, so we're getting a lot of complaints. I noticed that you said it should be back up in another thread, but that is not the case for us. Here is my Ticket ID: NCP-2953865, if that helps any. Also, can my forum account be activated, so i can view the other forums. My question may have already been answered, but I just wasn't able to view it... Thanks. |

Yes, I filed a ticket regarding my server issue: Ticket ID: NCP-2953865. I haven't received a response yet though.
I didn't file a ticket regarding my forum access though. Update on my websites. They are up again, but for how long? It was up this morning but went down again. I'd just like to get an idea for when they are up and stable, so I know when to call my clients to let them know, rather than calling them just to have their websites go down again, later on in the day. |

Here is an idea. If you are getting complaints about how websites are up and then down again, try telling your customers that your server is located in Texas and although there is nothing physically wrong with the datacenter, there is still a lot of work going on in the area to recover from the hurricane and you are sure this is only temporary and ask them to bear with it and you will keep them updated on anything that comes up.
I am sure most people would understand as the hurricane was televised and since Ike wasnt just a small storm people felt it from hundreds of miles away. |

Titan is operating optimally now. There was some issues with the kernel originally causing slowness combined with the degraded RAID array. Furthermore, our datacenter had booted the machine without /home mounted initially so we also had to correct that. Everything should be good with it now. Please email support and let me know the ticket number in PM and I'll check it out if you're still having issues. Thanks.

Looks like I'm on the same server - my issues are mirroring yours. 15 domains all down, with my clients all yelling that they can't reach their email :/ I've updated my ticket, of course - and I do appreciate the prompt resolution and reply yesterday, for the record - you Gators are incredible - now if only the server would stay online for a day... |

Or not... seems Titan is offline again.
Guys.. what's going on? I got a reply to my ticket stating everything was fine, and for a while it was - seems to be very on-again, off-again. |

So far my sites have been stable since last night. I was notified that the issues would be resolved by last night. Thank you HostGator for fixing the issue.
