Timothy Rocks!
I was having problems with Google and my robots.txt file. I first tried their live chat but I didnt seem to communicate clearly. After I talked to Timothy on Skype, I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to quickly fix my problem for me. The bottom line is Hostgator has come through for me again and Tim Rocks!!
